Leadership Academy Application

Upon receipt of this application for admission to the college by the admissions office, any applicant is entitled to review a copy of the college’s annual report prepared in compliance with the College and University Security Information Act as set forth in Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 49-7-22-1 et seq. Said report is available during regular business hours in the Office of Safety and Security. Additionally, a copy of the school’s security policies and procedures is available for your review.
